Robert Willems
With over 25 years of experience in procurement, contract management, and supply chain, Robert has held roles as a consultant, project manager, and line manager. He specializes in strategy development and implementation for Large Capital Projects, from development to operations & maintenance.
Robert has worked globally across industries such as Wind and Heat Energy, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Steel, Chemicals, Construction, and Offshore. He holds a Bachelor's in Technical Business Administration and a Master's in Business Administration, specializing in Strategy and Organization.
CFO
Mauricio Spannenburg
With over 25 years of experience in finance, including 15 years as a CFO, Mauricio has led financial management, ERP implementations, risk analysis, and internal controls across various industries. He has restructured finance departments, optimized processes, and prepared companies for sale.
His work with scale-ups has deepened his understanding of building solid financial structures to drive growth. Mauricio holds a Bachelor's in Business Economics and Accounting and is a certified public accountant (RA). He has guided companies in both national and international markets.

Luc Van Maldegem
With over 30 years of experience in procurement, contract management, project management, supply chain management and engineering, Luc is a seasoned professional with a specialisation in development of procurement strategies, contract management and execution for large complex investment projects.
He has held roles as procurement director, project manager, consultant and line manager and has worked globally across industries such as Nuclear, Food & Beverage, Construction, Pharmaceuticals, High Tech and Automotive. Luc holds a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering.
